WHAT IT IS: A sound deadening latex ceiling and wall coating.
WHAT IT DOES: A spongy coating applied to walls and ceilings of media rooms, recording studios, or any room where sound control is desired.
WHY WE LIKE IT: Acousti-coat is a heavy bodied, water based flat latex paint formulated with ceramic microshperes and sound absorbing fillers for use on the interior surfaces including drywall ceilings and walls, plaster, primed metal and wood. The ceramic microspheres block sound transmission and prevent it from bouncing off the surface while adding a high reflective heat barrier to surface.
